The rear balcony and swimming pool looks down onto a golf course and the village of Palm Cove, out over the beach suburbs to the city of Cairns with a backdrop of mountains across Trinity Inlet.
An intercom system and a large locked front gate ensures privacy and security. Once inside there is the option of an elevator or stairs to each floor.
The apartment is fully aircondioned or, with windows and doors open, the sea breezes are invigorating. Two large bathrooms adjoin each of the two bedrooms plus a washroom for guests.
The living room, dining room and master bedroom have a northerly aspect whilst the second bedroom and study/tv room face south. The well equipped kitchen has a central location.
